Characteristics and features of Grob business jets

At the beginning of this century, the company's management decided to develop and offer its own business jet for business aviation, which would allow it to enter this new market. As a part of the study of consumer interest, it was decided to create several models at once, namely, a turboprop and light model and a manoeuvrable aircraft with a jet engine. It was believed that the turboprop aircraft would be designed for cargo and passenger flights with the possibility of landing on small, poorly prepared runways, for example, a grass surface. As a result of the development and production, the following business jet models were offered to consumers:

• G109. A lightweight turboprop two-seat aircraft, created from unique composite materials and capable of overcoming 1,500 kilometres without refuelling with an average cruising speed of 205 kilometres per hour. The aircraft is equipped with large observation windows, which allow the passengers to admire the beauty while sitting in a comfortable chair next to the pilot.
• G 115. A multi-purpose model used both in the form of a training aircraft, a scout and in the form of a compact business jet for the rapid delivery of passengers over short distances. This model is capable of taking one passenger onboard and transporting him/her over a distance of 1,100 kilometres at a speed of 185 kilometres per hour. G 115 is made of composite patented materials like other models of this manufacturer.
• G 116. Turboprop model developed by the company specifically for business aviation and made of modern composite materials. This aircraft is capable of taking up to 4 people on board, providing them with a comfortable flight over a distance of 1,200 kilometres with an average speed of 285 kilometres per hour.

The business jet has compact dimensions and is capable of taking up to three passengers on board, carrying them over a distance of up to 2,600 kilometres without refuelling.
