1) Air broker
Responsibilities:
- Search for private jets for flights;
- Working with incoming requests;
- Building long-term profitable relationships with both customers and suppliers;
- Preparation of contracts together with other departments of the company;
- Organization and provision of flights;
- Interaction with airlines and airport services;
- Charter flight management from processing the request to the end of the flight;
- Search and attract customers;
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales of VIP services;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- A verified customer base is required;
- Business writing skills;
- Ability to achieve the required sales figures;
- Hard work and willingness to be flexible is not a 9 to 6 job;
- Ambition, drive and self-motivation;
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills;
- Developed communication skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Experience in working with clients in difficult situations;

2) Business Analyst - Developer
Responsibilities:
- Understand existing business processes;
- Analyze customer needs;
- Seek and propose systematic approaches to problem solving;
- Analyze the impact of changes on business processes;
- Prioritize tasks in terms of potential benefits from their implementation;
- Communicate with developers, clients, end users;
- Describe the necessary changes in a language understandable to developers;
- Advise developers and testers;
- Learn and apply best practices for collecting and managing requirements;
- To study in detail the subject areas of tourism: air transportation, organization of transfers, hotel management, etc.
Requirements:

3) Call center operator
Responsibilities:
- handling incoming calls from clients;
- calling an existing customer base (no cold calls);
- Identifying needs and creating interest;
- passing through the call center and accessing the secretary / assistant / adviser and businessmen from the Forbes, Fortune Global 500 list;
- lead generation (requests) and transfer to sales managers;
- sending company presentations and contact information via E-mail, WhatsApp, Telegram;
- basic knowledge of the characteristics of the proposed aircraft;
- maintenance of CRM (high-quality collection of information and systematization of work);
Requirements:
- Knowledge, understanding, skill and successful experience in a similar position (telephone sales, call center operator, bell ringer, telephone sales manager, telemarketer) from 1 year;
- understanding the value and benefits of the services offered;
- to go ahead to your goal (without annoying the interlocutors);
- literate speech and clear diction;

4) Air Broker Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assistance in the organization and provision of flights;
- Assistance with flight support;
- Assistance in the preparation of primary accounting documents;
- Preparation of marketing materials and events;
Requirements:
- Education: higher;
- English proficiency level: Advanced and above;
- Developed communication skills;
- Knowledge of business etiquette;
- Willingness to be in touch 24/7;
5) Flight Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Security and passenger service on board private jets;
- Creating an atmosphere of hospitality and comfort on board the aircraft;
- Table setting, food and beverage service;
- Ordering the necessary products on board;
- Meeting and accommodating passengers on board;
- Control of the sanitary condition of the aircraft;
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (oral and written);
- Sociability, customer orientation, positive;
- At least 3 years experience as a flight attendant on a private jet;
- Possession of a valid foreign passport;
- The current conclusion of VLEK;
- A valid flight attendant's license;
- Certificate of Initial Flight Attendant Training
